The lap desk fits snugly on the lap but doesn’t stop the laptop from overheating. It does, however, protect from hot laps. The extendable table part will accommodate up to 15.6” laptops with a slight overhang. For a larger laptop, the sliding mouse tray must be positioned to keep the laptop balanced. While the lap pad material is non-toxic, durable and does not dig into the lap, it doesn't prevent sweaty laps when used for extended periods. Overall customers have found it to be great value and of high quality.
