Featuring an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, this system offers exceptional airflow, filtration, and performance.
The air filter is placed in the original air box location and is shielded by a heat shield, which effectively reduces intake air temperature and increases horsepower. Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish, the air intake tube is not only stylish but also provides optimal airflow. Additionally, the design of this system allows for the engine's factory emissions control devices to be accommodated, including the pressure sensor and vent tubes.
The AEM Dryflow air filter boasts a tapered cylinder shape and is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media. This unique design allows for up to 100,000 miles of use before cleaning is required (depending on driving conditions). Installation of this air intake system is a breeze, requiring only commonly available tools.
