Some customers have received their orders in a bubble wrap plastic bag, resulting in torn dvd sleeves and cracked plastic cases. This has led to dissatisfaction and the decision to return the product. In addition to packaging issues, there have been complaints about the quality of the DVDs. One customer mentioned that the last episode of Season 4 was broken, with bad audio and video quality for the last 20 minutes. This issue persisted across different DVD and Blu-ray players.
