Stored properly in airtight containers, they can last up to a year, and up to 20+ years if repackaged in Mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. The size of these beans is average, but a customer used them to make a therapy bucket for their child and found them ideal for sensory playtime. Unfortunately, they cannot be shipped internationally, and they are not organic.
