This intake manifold can also be installed on a Vortec V6 MPFI engine with TBI. However, it is not suitable for a 1994 454 with stock TBI. Additionally, if you are planning to use it on a 4.3 Mercury Mercruzer, the compatibility depends on the year of the engine, and it is recommended to use a marine (cast) intake for boat motors. The intake manifold will not fit a 1989 S10 Blazer 4.3L TBI, as it is designed for a carburetor using Vortec heads.
