This Mr Cool AC unit is an excellent product that cools and heats efficiently. It works very well in spaces such as an un-insulated 2-story shed of 40 x 12 size, as well as a 16' x 24' x 9' insulated garage. It comes with a remote control and can be controlled through a smart phone app. The pre-charged refrigerant is enough for the included lines and system. However, some customers faced problems with communication issues between the indoor and outdoor unit after a year, and the lack of availability of parts after two years. But generally, customers were satisfied with their purchase, and especially appreciated the quiet and efficient functioning of the product.
