Sierra Intake Manifolds Editorial Review
The Teleflex 18-1953-2 Manifold is a high-quality exhaust manifold that fits small block GM/Chevy 350 c.i. engines. It comes with gaskets, bolts, and plugs. The mating surfaces are flat and the overall machining and casting are good. However, the plugs are difficult to install and the clearance under the manifold is tight. The valves and plugs are made of cheap materials and the threads are rough. It is recommended to spend a bit more for a Mercruiser manifold unless you're willing to spend extra time and effort during installation. Overall, it is a good part that fits the intended application.
