The window frames in the playhouse are made of plastic, and the roof is made of roof boards, not shingles. The swing beam is about 6ft 3 inches tall, and the set stands at 10'5 1/16" tall from the ground to the peak of the roof. It can accommodate two children at a time, each weighing a maximum of 150 pounds, on the upper platform. The swing set is not hurricane-resistant, and the manufacturer recommends using concrete anchors instead of the included spiral ground anchors. While the set can be placed on concrete, it is not recommended as it is not safe for kids to climb high on concrete surfaces. Backyard Discovery does not offer installation services as of this time. The playhouse area measures around 106"x72," and with the slide, it measures around 106"x163." A rock wall is included but not challenging.
