The longevity of the product seems to be an issue with some customers reporting that the wire gave out at the connection near the USB after about a year of use. However, one customer reinforced the wire to hopefully make it last longer than a year. Customer service was helpful to one user who had trouble getting it to work. Overall, the product seems to work well when it works, but it has its faults.
