BARTONKRAMER Screen Door Hardware Editorial Review
The Barton Kramer Aluminum Bronze Screen Door Handle Set, model 327B, has garnered a mixed yet predominantly positive reception from customers. Many purchasers highlight its superior quality and longevity, often referring to it as a reliable replacement for older or faulty latches. One user, who had experienced multiple disappointing replacements from other brands, found this handle to be an exact match for the original Stanley design from their home built 13 years ago, underlining its compatibility and ease of installation. Customers appreciate the straightforward installation process and the seamless fit, which eliminates the hassle of drilling new holes. However, there are some concerns regarding the durability of the product. While many have praised its initial performance, a few users reported premature failures, with one handle breaking just four months after installation, significantly shorter than the expected lifespan based on previous experiences with similar products. This inConsistency has led some to caution potential buyers, suggesting they purchase an additional unit for backup, given the challenges of finding durable hardware. Overall, the Barton Kramer handle shines in terms of fit, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, but potential buyers should Consider the variability in durability based on customer feedback. **
