Nutritionist's Take
Colloidal Silver Generators, such as the FromBora Generator Basic, have gained popularity for their touted health benefits, including antimicrobial properties. However, nutritionists generally express caution regarding the use of colloidal silver. The ingredient quality can be inconsistent, and the lack of rigorous, conclusive evidence supporting health claims raises concerns. Potential drawbacks include silver accumulation in the body, which can lead to argyria, a permanent skin condition that turns the skin a bluish-gray. Additionally, colloidal silver is not recognized as a safe or effective treatment by regulatory bodies like the FDA. For those with specific dietary needs or underlying health conditions, the risks may outweigh the benefits. In summary, while some anecdotal evidence suggests potential benefits, most nutritionists advise against relying on colloidal silver as a healthy supplement.
