The kit also includes a handle that makes it even more convenient for users. However, while some customers did not experience issues with installation or leaking, others had severe problems with the rubber stopper not seating well on top of the adapter, resulting in frequent manual adjustments. Other customers experienced even worse issues like snapped cables in the flushing mechanism, having to replace the product annually, and the product leaking relentlessly. Moreover, some customers received incomplete packages or repackaged products, which is not reassuring for a product that is supposed to assure the proper functioning of a household item such as a toilet.
