This AE11A04 DTMF module is designed to generate DTMF tone for dialing keyboards. The jack center is positive and it is not possible to set tones to continuous as the module only produces one quick tone when you hold down the key. If you hold a button down, it will prevent you from operating any other button until you release it. The module does not require two separate speakers to generate full DTMF tones, as both audio outs are the same. However, one output may have some noise, so it is recommended to use the other output if this issue arises. Overall, the AE11A04 DTMF module is effective and easy to use, although there are some limitations to Consider when using it.
