The product is an upgraded version of MaxiPRO MP808, MP808BT, and MK808 offering 36 services. It is an expensive product and is not affordable for driveway mechanics. The Autel scanner can cover virtually any vehicle, including those not sold in America. It scans all controllers in detail, identifying fault codes missed by other scanners. The product is worth investing in if one works on multiple brand vehicles Considering the dealer will charge $100 to do what the scanner covers. However, only a handful of authorized retailers and distributors offer the Autel MaxiPRO MP808S in the US. Some reviewers recommend this product as it is an excellent upgrade from other scanners, while some suggest that "only goes to 2014 vehicles" as it is no longer supported by the manufacturer.
