The Hella H4 Conversion Headlamp Kit is a direct replacement for many sealed beam 7" lights and is confirmed to fit a 1974 BMW 2002. They are made in Romania but could come from any number of countries depending on the date of manufacture. The lamps have a lead crystal glass lens and are for countries that drive on the right side of the road (LHD). They are sold as a single piece. Customers have used them to upgrade the headlights on various vintage vehicles and they work well with LED H4 bulbs.
