The Loyal Subjects Shockwave 8 Window Box is a great figure for fans of the Decepticon scientist. It is bigger than expected and visually pleasing. The head and arm articulation can be tricky, but with a little bit of effort, they should start moving well. The cannon arm may be loose and need gluing, but the hand moves and stays put easily. Despite its flaws, it makes for a nice desk toy.
