Customers love the compartments, which are perfectly placed and sized. Some customers wish the straps were more padded for comfort and that there was another flap on the inside. It can also be used as a backpack. Unfortunately, it is not always sturdy enough to stand upright when set down, and the closure snaps can break easily. One customer received a bag with a noticeable blue mark on the front. Nonetheless, this is a great diaper bag that is both fashionable and practical.
