atp automotive Engine Cooling & Climate Control Editorial Review
The ATP Automotive Y-811 Speedometer Cable has garnered mixed reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences. Some users have found the product to perform adequately, stating it "worked as expected." However, significant issues have been reported regarding fitting and durability. One customer encountered a problem where the cable was excessively long—over 2.5 feet beyond the original length—which complicated installation and forced them to devise a workaround by looping the cable under the truck frame. Another user experienced failure of the cable within just 10 miles of use, leaving them uncertain about whether it was a defective product or indicative of a broader problem. Despite a few positive remarks, such as "right on...as I expected," the overall impression of the ATP Y-811 Speedometer Cable skews negative, primarily due to fitting inConsistencies and concerns about its lifespan. Potential buyers are advised to Consider these factors before making a purchase. **
