However, customers who have purchased this product have expressed disappointment and frustration as the machine is cheaply made and doesn't work well. Many have reported that the machine never worked at all, and some reported minimal functionality with tension issues that cannot be fixed. One customer had to wait too long to return it and gave up due to frustration. The needle goes up and down but doesn't sew.
