The headstrap can be uncomfortable during vigorous workouts, with the sides putting pressure on users' jaws and cartilage, but this pain can be mitigated by wearing a beanie while using the product. Washing the headstrap requires handwashing with a gentle detergent and hang-drying, and not to be put in the washing machine or dryer. The product comes with a red strap that can be replaced through IronMind's website.
