Odpovědět: No, you can just wrap it around anything stable and strong like a bed post, an outdoor fence post, a narrow tree, a steel pole at the park or a car door handle. Works great in a hotel gym. Plus there are lots of in-line suggestions for exercise bands. Every exercise is a core exercise or you are not using it properly. -
