Odpovědět: (1) Removable plastic parts and the un-mounted blade can go into the dishwasher, but obviously not the main structure of the machine! (2) The machine is unfortunately difficult to clean easily. -

Odpovědět: No spare blade. As suggested, contact Ritter. -

Thoughts on how easy it is to clean after slicing meat, bread, cheese, veg?
Odpovědět: Yes, just unscrew the blade - easy enough, then clean with hot soapy water. Make sure it's unplugged. The only issue I have is there is a small gap at the back between the blade and the bed, use a knife wrapped in an old towel to get to it - sorted. -

What is the thickness cutting range?
Odpovědět: I couldn't measure the smallest cut, but it's about as thin as a slice of prosciutto. The largest cut is 20mm.
