This product is a remote control for anchor winches on yachts. Customers have had mixed experiences with the product. Some have found it easy to install and use, with no noticeable lag between button press and winch action. Others have reported problems with one of the controllers not working at all, or malfunctioning by running uncontrollably even when the button is not being pressed. The range of the controller is generally described as good. One customer shorted out the receiver and had to replace the whole unit, at a high cost. Another had their unit fail within a month due to water ingress, despite purchasing a more expensive model for better quality. Some customers have found the product to work well, however others appear to have concerns over safety issues. One customer did contact the manufacturer/supplier and found them to be responsive in replacing the faulty unit.
