Odpovědět: I chewed mine 5-10 mins everytime I put retainers back in to ensure they were fitting as snug as possible. -

Odpovědět: It hurts a bit for first few days into new set if retainers before settling down. Personally, I found them very useful and reassuring that my retainers were in properly everytime. I also found they lasted twice as long as recommended. -

Odpovědět: I used to use one chewie for around 3 months before changing. I would just soak it in Milton steriliser solution every few days to clean. I think they recommend to change it more frequently but not sure why. -
