The Saracino Sugar Paste Model White Modelling Paste has garnered positive feedback from customers who appreciate its quality and usability in various projects. Users have noted its smooth texture, making it easy to roll out and work with, which is essential for creating intricate designs and decorations. The gluten-free formulation is a significant plus for many, as it caters to dietary restrictions without compromising on performance. Customers highlight the paste's versatility, reporting successful applications in cake decorating, figurine modeling, and other creative endeavors. The paste holds its shape well, allowing for fine details, and dries to a sturdy finish, which is important for maintaining the integrity of decorated items over time. Additionally, users commend the product for its minimal cracking during drying, ensuring a professional-looking outcome. While the majority of reviews are favorable, some users have expressed a need for a little added working time, as the paste can stiffen quickly, particularly in cooler environments. Nevertheless, those familiar with sugar paste techniques find that this product performs beautifully with a bit of practice. In summary, Saracino Sugar Paste Model White is well-received for its favorable handling properties, quality results, and gluten-free formulation, making it suitable for both novice and experienced cake decorators. **
