Initially, the steamer would heat up within 2 minutes of being turned on, but over time, it has taken longer and now takes around 5 minutes to heat up. While this may not be a huge issue, it can be inconvenient when waiting to start the next part of a treatment. There have also been reports of the steamer turning on and off sporadically, as well as the steam function only working twice in a whole week. On the other hand, a customer who had no reviews to rely on took a chance and ordered this steamer when it was the only one available for next day delivery.
