FLUVAL Bio-Stratum, Bioactive Aquarium Stratum, For Planted Aquariums, 2kg is an excellent choice for aquascaping enthusiasts. Users have praised its nutrient density, stimulating robust root development in their plants. Although some have noted that the substrate can be somewhat messy at first, the stunning aesthetic it provides once settled makes it worth it. The recommendation from a marine biologist highlights its effectiveness, further solidified by positive feedback regarding plant growth. Additionally, it is regarded as a suitable substrate for shrimp, showcasing its versatility in aquatic environments. However, it's important to rinse it properly to minimize loose minerals before use.
