Since this is closed up with a zipper I suspect your jewelry will be in good shape for many many months, although not as good as if you store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag. The material inside is not like the anti-tarnishing material you would put silverware in as this is meant to transport your jewelry to be worn, not long-term storage.
